2. PURPOSE AND PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

This pre-information form is for the BUYER. www.brothersjewellery.com The sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically is carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The product name, quantity, sales price including VAT, delivery and payment information are specified in the order form.

Orders will be delivered to the BUYER within 30 days at the latest. In case of errors in price, specifications, etc. due to technical reasons, the SELLER has the right to cancel the order and refund the payment within 14 days.

3. DURATION OF COMMITMENTS

The information provided in this form is valid for the duration of the advertisement. Prices are stated including all taxes. The SELLER reserves the right to cancel transactions involving wholesale purchases or those for commercial/professional purposes.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins from the date the contract is concluded for services, and from the date of delivery for goods.

The carrier specified under the right of withdrawal is Yurtiçi Kargo. Certificates, warranty documents, promotional items, etc., must also be returned with the product.

Returns are free of charge only if made via the courier service contracted by the SELLER. Returns made using a different courier service will incur costs for the BUYER.

Once the cancellation notice reaches the SELLER, all payments will be refunded to the BUYER free of charge within 14 days. The BUYER is obligated to return the product within a maximum of 10 days.

5. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

  • Products manufactured specifically to meet the consumer's requests or personal needs.

    Examples: Custom-sized rings, necklaces with personalized names, orders prepared with different stone/color preferences.
    ...goods that are specially manufactured according to the customer's specific requests fall under the category of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

  • Products whose prices are dependent on financial market fluctuations.

  • Opened products are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

  • Digital content or services delivered instantly.

  • Services that begin to be performed before their expiration date with the consumer's consent.

6. VALIDITY

This preliminary information form becomes valid when approved electronically by the BUYER.

7. APPLICATIONS REGARDING DISPUTES

The BUYER may submit any complaints regarding the order to the SELLER using the contact information provided above. Complaints will be recorded and resolved as soon as possible.

In addition, the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board or Consumer Court in their location.
