It is a signet form inspired by the organic movements of the desert.
Its segmented body is reminiscent of the rhythm of a centipede moving across the sand; the ring is shaped by this sense of movement.
The niche placed in the center instead of a stone is a direct reference to the classic signet tradition. The simple, functional character of desert signets found in North Africa and the eastern regions is reinterpreted here.
Biomechanical repetitions, reminiscent of Giger's aesthetics, make the form appear alive rather than rigid. Therefore, KHEM stands out more for its sense of form than its ornamentation.
